A valid New York State teaching certificate in Physical Education (K-12) or another teaching area, a Professional Coaching Certificate, or eligibility for a Temporary Coaching License
Valid and appropriate First Aid, CPR, and AED certificates for coaches at the time of appointment
Willingness to complete the Identification and Reporting of Child Abuse, DASA and SAVE Workshops within the first year of coaching
Willingness to enroll in and complete the Coaching Eligibility Program (or equivalent program) within the first three years of coaching
