The Black Scholars program celebrates Black high school seniors for their academic achievements, and provides support and connections to scholarships and programming in higher education. The Early Recognition program (grades 10-12), “provide[s] recognition, assistance, and incentives to students in the Greater Rochester metropolitan area.”
