Residents approve 2023-2024 budget

Residents in the Fairport Central School District approved the 2023-2024 school budget with 2,634 votes, a 60% passing rate.

The results of the budget vote and Board election are as follows:

2023-2024 School Budget: 4,378 votes

• YES — 2,634
• NO — 1,744

Board of Education (3 seats): 

• Erica Belois-Pacer (incumbent) – 3,120
• Nicole Thibault – 3,196
• Lisa Christensen – 3,278

Public Library Budget: 4,370 votes

• YES — 2,919
• NO — 1,451

Public Library Trustee (1 seat):

• Jacqueline Slifkin – 3,382
