FCSD expands UPK for 2023-2024 school year

Fairport Central School District’s Universal Pre-Kindergarten (UPK) program is expanding in time for the 2023-2024 school year!

With the support of the Board of Education, the District has increased capacity for its UPK programming to a total of 90 placements, 36 of which reserved for income and/or needs-based enrollment. UPK enrollment is determined by a lottery system. Fairport and Perinton parents of children who will be four years old by December 1, 2023 are invited to register.

If you have already registered your student, you do not need to reapply.

• 90 total spots available
• 36 spots reserved for income/needs-based enrollment
• No cost to families
• Transportation IS NOT provided to students in the UPK program
• Full day (5 and 1/2 hours)
• Snack and lunch provided
