BYOD Guest Network

Fairport Guest Wireless Network

The Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) Fairport Guest wireless network is now available for staff, students and guests in all buildings for use with personal devices. This network is physically separated from our internal Fairport network and is protected by the BOCES Child-Safe web filter. The Fairport Guest network will be available in all indoor school areas, including classrooms.

To access this network:

  • Select the Fairport Guest wifi network on any device; phone, tablet, laptop etc.
  • No need to have a technician get your device connected.
  • Classroom use is under complete discretion of each teacher.
  • Any questions or concerns, feel free to contact us at helpdesk@fairport.org.
  • If you use Airplay/Airserver with your iOS device, this service will work over the Fairport Guest Network.
