Welcome Caitlin Mack-Elliott to the Brooks Hill community

The District is proud to announce that Caitlin Mack-Elliott will join the Fairport CSD administration as the Assistant Principal at Brooks Hill Elementary School. Her experience as an administrator and her dedication to elementary and special education will make her a tremendous asset for the Brooks Hill community and the Fairport Central School District.

Mrs. Mack-Elliott has most recently served as a Teacher on Special Assignment (TOSA) in the Victor Central School District. In her capacity as a K-6 Special Education TOSA, Mrs. Mack-Elliott worked closely with families and agencies to align services to student needs. Her experiences as a CPSE Chairperson and depth of knowledge on CPSE NYS Law has made her a strong resource for the Victor CSD. Through work in Victor Schools, Mrs. Mack-Elliott conducted research on best instructional practices for English Language Learners, and created professional development plans for classroom teachers to best support ELL students. Mrs. Mack-Elliott has taught special education in the elementary grades since 2011, and has worked with colleagues as a member of an MTSS team and as a member of a Special Education Continuum Review Committee.

Before joining the Victor CSD, Mrs. Mack-Elliott taught at Homer Intermediate School in Homer, New York. She resides in Fairport.
